地铁双向轴流风机频率优化的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了降低地铁运行能耗,针对地铁大型双向轴流风机的频率特性进行试验研究。以南京地铁地下站中新街口和西安门站的轴流风机为试验研究对象,运用最小二乘法进行试验数据拟合,分别对送风机、排风机、和送排风机3种工况下的风机运行频率特性进行研究,重点考虑了风机风量、频率和轴功率三者相互之间的特性关系,并在此基础上提出了新式风机节能运行策略。最后利用STESS地铁热环境模拟软件对新运行策略进行能耗分析。结果表明:风机风量、频率和轴功率三者之间特性呈三次多项式拟合关系,并将此结论运用到地铁环控风机运行模式中,可实现地铁初期、近期、远期平均每年约节能20.76%。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of metro operation,the frequency characteristics of reversible axial fan in metro was studied. In the underground subway station in Nanjing,took the xinjiekou and xi'anmen as the research object,the test data was fitted in use of the method of the least squares. Respectively on the pressure fan,exhaust fan,and the both three kinds of working conditions of the frequency characteristic of the fan were studied. The volume of fan,frequency and shaft power were mainly considered. The new fan operation strategies were put forward basing on that. Last,the energy consumption was analyzed by the software of STESS. The results show that the relation of volume,frequency and shaft power is satisfying the three times polynomial fitting. When this conclusion is applied in metro,it can save energy about 20. 76% per year on average in the term of initial,recent and long-term.
