摘要(Abstract):
针对IEC62552:2015提出了一种基于Labview平台的电冰箱在线能效测试方法,实现了能效相关参数的自动判断与计算,包括空载期间稳态功率、化霜及恢复期的耗电量增量,装载期间稳态功率,完整温控周期内的统计数据。试验结果表明,该方法不仅复杂度低、判定准确度高、计算速度快,还能准确地提示试验过程,减少试验误动作的概率,完全满足系统实时性要求,大大提高测试效率。
For the IEC62552: 2015,an online energy efficiency test approach based on Lavbiew platform was proposed,achieving automatic determination and calculation of the energy efficiency related parameters,including the steady state power consumption and the additional energy associated with defrost and recovery periods during unloaded period,the steady state power consumption of load processing efficiency test and the statistical data judging by temperature control cycle. The experimental results showed that the approach not only has the advantage on low complexity,high accuracy and fast computation speed,but also can point out the testing process accurately,reducing the probability of malfunction test,fully meet the requirements of real-time systems,improve test efficiency greatly.
