摘要(Abstract):

疏浚泥泵的性能对泥沙输送管道的效率和安全起着决定性的作用。采用先进的PIV(粒子图像测速法)技术研究小流量工况下泥泵的内部运动规律,得到泥泵内的速度分布,揭示了泥泵内部的流场分布、能量损失、水力效率等现象,表明PIV技术是一种研究泥泵内部流动规律的有效手段,为进一步实现固液两相流研究提供实验依据。
The performance of dredging pump plays a decisive role for the efficiency and security of sediment transport pipeline.Researching the velocity distribution in the internal motion of dredging pump by using advanced PIV measurement technology under small flow rate condition and revealing the flow field distribution,the dredging pump internal energy loss and hydaulic efficiency and so on. Proving that the PIV technique is an effective means to study the internal flow of the pump and providing experimental basis for further study of solid-liquid two-phase flow.
