轧槽管的污垢特性及其防垢性能实验研究Experimental Investigation of Fouling Characteristics and Fouling Prevention in Corrugated Tube

摘要(Abstract):
在综述管壳式换热器和板式换热器国内外污垢研究的基础上,介绍了轧槽管防垢性能实验和污垢模型,轧槽管的污垢热阻为光管的0.52~0.88倍,污垢条件下的传热Nu数为光管的1.8倍。轧槽管污垢热阻为流速的函数,当流速由0.25m/s增至0.75m/s时,污垢热阻减小至原来的66.7%。
