旋风分离器矩形入口高宽比对流场及性能的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

借助流体力学软件FLUENT,采用RSM雷诺应力模型,对直切双入口型旋风分离器进行了数值模拟,分析了矩形入口不同高宽比对旋风分离器内的气相流场、压力降和分离效率的影响。结果表明:在入口面积和处理量相同的情况下,随着入口高宽比的增加,切向速度先增大后减小,对轴向速度的影响不显著。压力降先增大后减小,受到湍流的影响,在入口高宽比为3.5处达到最大值。由于较高的切向速度和较低的湍流强度,入口高宽比为4.5时分离效率最高。
By means of the CFD software Fluent and using RSM Model,the straight double-inlet cyclone separator was numerically simulated,and the influence of different aspect ratio of rectangular inlet of the cyclone separator on gas flow field,pressure drop and separation efficiency was analyzed. Results show that,in the case of the same entrance area and throughput,as the inlet aspect ratio increases,the tangential velocity increases first and then decreases,its effect on axial velocity is not significant. The pressure drop is affected by turbulence,increases first and then decreases,and reaches a maximum at an inlet aspect ratio of 3.5.Due to higher tangential velocity and lower turbulence intensity,the separation efficiency is highest when the inlet aspect ratio is 4.5.
