热回收式水-空气热泵机组热源系统的性能研究
Research on the Performance of a Heater Recovery System for Water-air Heat Pump

摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种基于冷剂自然循环技术的水-空气热泵机组热源系统形式。介绍了系统的工作原理,建立了系统的稳态仿真模型,并进行数值求解,预测了冷凝器进水温度、水流量与室内排风温度、排风量对系统运行特性的影响规律。计算结果表明,自然循环热源系统的加热量随着冷凝器进水温度的升高逐渐减小,当冷却水量增加或排风温度升高时,加热量相应增大。通过对系统性能进行模拟研究,为系统进一步的优化设计奠定了基础。
A heat source system form of water-air heat pump unit basing on the technology of Refrigerant Natural Circulation was put forward.The principle of the system was introduced,a steady-state simulation model of the system was established,which was solved by numerical value calculating,forecasted the rule of effection,brought by the temperature and flow of the inlet water of condenser and the indoor exhaust temperature and flow impacting the running characters of the system.Calculating results show that the heat of heat source system of Refrigerant Natural Circulation gradually decreases with the raise of the temperatur of inlet water of condenser,adversely,it increases with the raise of flow of cooling water or the temperture of exhaust.It established the base of further optimizing design for the system,by simulation study on the characters of the system.
