采用附加导叶的低压轴流风机气动噪声试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在分析低压轴流风机气动噪声源及其理论模型的基础上,提出了在风机工作轮叶尖与沿叶高上、中、下后缘处设置附加导叶装置的方案,以控制叶尖间隙噪声与沿叶高各基元时栅叶片上尾缘脱落涡的湍流噪声。试验风机对比试验结果表明,采用这种附加导叶的低压轴流风机,与不带附加导叶的同类风机相比,气动噪声有明显的降低,测试值与湍流模型吻合较好;改善了叶面流速分布,提高了风机效率。
Based on the theoretical model of theaerodynamic noise for the low pressure axialflow fan, a new noise control method thatis to use the addition of guide vanes onsurfaces of the rotor blades is advanced.the contrast experiment results show that thetip vanes of guide fan reduce reverse flowthrough tip clearance and subside tip vortexwhich contribute to reducing tip clearancenoise and vortex noise, improving the flowvelosity distribution on the blade surfaces.In comparison with the conventional axialfan, the new guide fan reduces the noise by3 to 5 dB, increases fan efficiency by 3%to 3.5%.
