基于正交试验的油封唇口结构参数研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究油封唇口结构参数对接触压力大小及分布的影响,以规格为φ35 mm×φ20mm×7 mm的内包骨架油封为对象,采用有限元ANSYS软件模拟油封与轴的接触获得唇口接触压力;基于正交试验法的原理,研究前唇角α、后唇角β、弹簧偏移量r、弹簧刚度k和过盈量δ等结构参数对唇口接触压力的影响。极差分析结果表明,唇口参数影响最大接触压力位置和径向力的主次顺序分别是:δ>β>α>k>r,δ>k>r>β>α;并获得了唇口参数以最大接触压力位置接近0.7和最小径向力为目标的最优水平组合。
In order to investigate the effects of oil seal structural parameters on the magnitude and distribution of the contact pressure,in this paper,the oil seal of φ35 mm×φ20 mm×7 mm size with inner skeleton was chosen as the research object,and the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the contact between the seal and shaft to obtain the contact pressure of the seal lip;and the effects of the oil-side seal angle α,the air-side seal angle β,the spring offset r,the spring stiffness k and the interference δ on the contact pressure were studied based on orthogonal experiment. The range analysis results show that the significance of the above parameters on the maximum contact pressure location and the radial force was δ>β>α>k>r andδ>k>r>β>α respectively,and the combination of optimal levels of five parameters was obtained based on the optimal goal of the maximum contact pressure location being close to 0.7 and the radial force being minimum.
