压缩空气储能系统节流效应研究

摘要(Abstract):

为解决压缩空气储能系统在释能过程中的变工况问题,本文提出了在储气库出口设置节流稳压阀装置,确保空气膨胀机在设计工况下高效工作,针对改进后的新储能系统,建立了节流过程的热力学模型,真实空气的物性对稳压节流阀效应的影响规律,重点研究了节流稳压阀对系统能量转换效率的影响规律。研究结果表明,压缩空气储能系统中加入节流稳压阀能够解决其工况问题,会带来附加的不可逆损失,但能够提高空气透平膨胀机的效率,对原有系统的能量转换效率影响很小。研究结果对压缩空气储能系统工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
In order to solve the variable conditions of the compressed air energy storage system during the release process,a throttling regulator valve device is proposed to be provided at the outlet of the gas storage to ensure efficient operation of the air expander under the design conditions. The thermodynamic model for the throttling process was built to research the influence law of the physical properties of the real air on the effect of the throttle valve with focus on the influence law of the throttling regulator valve on the energy conversion efficiency of the system. The research results show that addition of the throttling regulator valve in the compressed air energy storage system will bring additional irreversible loss,but can solve the problem of its operating conditions,can improve the efficiency of the air turbo expander,and has very small influence on energy conversion efficiency of the original system. The research results have certain guiding significance for engineering application of the compressed air energy storage system.
