薄膜式机械通风冷却塔的性能优化Performance Optimization of Mechanical Draft Cooling Tower of Film Type

摘要(Abstract):
由于冷却塔的性能对冷却塔的能耗影响较大,因此需要对冷却塔的性能进行优化。本文运用数学模型模拟了在类似工况下水膜和湍流空气流的传质传热过程,探讨了冷却塔性能优化的方法。提供了不同排列途径的冷却塔性能的对比和一些优化方法的建议。
Optimization of the cooling tower performance influence the energy consumption.The model includes a heat and mass transfer processes between water films and turbulent damp air flow at quasi-state approximation was simulated,and the method of the optimization of the cooling tower performance was studied.Various regimes of cooling tower performance are compared and the optimization method is proposed.
