矩形迷宫泵内部流场的数值模拟及试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

结合矩形迷宫螺旋泵的流动特点,采用雷诺平均N-S方程和RNG湍流模型,对矩形迷宫泵内三维流场进行模拟,分析其转子、定子面的流动情况和压力状态,从而得到其内部流动的主要特征和外特性。结合试验结果,分析预测值和试验进行分析,从而为矩形迷宫泵设计、改进、优化提供有益补充。
Combining with the flow characteristics of rectangle labyrinth screw pump,using Reynolds averaged N-S equation and RNG turbulence model,Three dimensional flow field in a rectangular labyrinth pump is simulated,analyzed to the flow condition and pressure state of the rotor and stator was obtain the main characteristics and external characteristics of the internal flow/Combining test result,analysis the distinguishing of predicted values and tests result,So as to provide a useful supplement for the design,improvement and optimization of the rectangular labyrinth pump.
