内嵌小锥结构固液分离旋流器磨蚀的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为提高旋流器耐磨性能,延长旋流器使用寿命,提出了一种新型旋流分离器。基于CFD,应用ANSYS软件中RSM模型和DPM模型,对其壁面磨损及内嵌小锥磨损进行模拟研究,并和普通旋流器做了对比分析。模拟结果表明:对于内嵌小锥结构固液分离旋流器,由于内嵌小锥的设计,不仅磨损程度大幅度降低,磨损范围也明显减小,体现出内嵌小锥结构固液分离旋流器具有重要的工程实用价值。
In order to improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life of the hydrocyclone,a new type of cyclone separator is proposed.Based on CFD,the erosion of the cyclone and embed cone is simulated using the RSM and DPM in ANSYS software,and are compared with the ordinary cyclone.The rate of erosion on the surface of the cyclone wall is reduced greatly and the wear range is significantly reduced,due to existence of embed cone,this result reflects the embedsolid-liquid abrasive resistant cyclone which has important practical engineering value.
