水力透平水动力学设计及性能预测

摘要(Abstract):

针对我国南方某水电站技术供水系统中因采用减压阀造成的能量损失问题,采用水力透平进行能量回收。利用Cfturbo对泵的高效设计优势,按水力透平设计工况对应的泵工况进行水动力学设计。在此基础上应用ANSYS CFX对所设计的水力透平进行了性能预测。结果表明,水力透平水力性能达到了预期目标。
In view of the energy loss caused by the use of a pressure reducing valve in a technical water supply system of a hydropower station in the south of China,a hydraulic turbine was used for energy recovery.By utilizing the advantage of Cfturbo’s efficient design for pumps,the hydrodynamic design was carried out according to the pump conditions corresponding to the hydraulic turbine design conditions.Based on this,ANSYS CFX was used to predict the performance of the designed hydraulic turbine.The results show that the hydraulic performance of the hydraulic turbine has reached the expected target.
