往复压缩机变工况下吸气阀运动及冲击特性研究Research on Motion and Shock Characteristics of Reciprocating Compressor Suction Valve Under Variable Load Condition

摘要(Abstract):
基于局部行程压开进气阀的往复压缩机无级气量调节系统采用液压系统驱动机械执行机构控制吸气阀的开启时间实现气量调节。本文通过建立气量调节工况下往复压缩机工作循环的数学模型与吸气阀阀片运动的数学模型,模拟了不同负荷下气缸内动态压力,分析执行机构外力瞬间撤销下吸气阀阀片自由关闭时的运动规律;利用AMESim软件对复位弹簧在不同的弹簧刚度下执行机构运动规律进行研究;通过实验与仿真结果对比分析,确定了气量调节工况下吸气阀运动规律和气量调节工况下缸体振动冲击的来源;为往复压缩机无级气量调节系统的研发和气量调节工况下往复压缩机吸气阀故障诊断提供理论依据。
Reciprocating compressor stepless capacity control system adopted the hydraulic system to drive the mechanical actuator to control the opening time of the suction valve. The mathematical model of the working cycle of reciprocating compressor under capacity control is established,and the dynamic pressure of the cylinder under different loads is simulated. The motion law of the free closing of the suction valve is analyzed. Used AMESim software to study the motion law of the actuator under different spring stiffness. Obtained the motion law of the suction valve under capacity control system,and the source of the cylinder vibration shock by the experimental and simulation results. Provided theory evidence for the research of Stepless Capacity Control and the fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor suction valve.
