数据机房冷区内气流组织的优化
Optimization of Air Distribution in a Data Center's Cold-zone

摘要(Abstract):

建立数据机房冷区内气流流动的物理及数学模型,利用FLUENT软件模拟冷区内气流的流场分布,模拟值和实测值相吻合。针对模拟数据机房冷区内气流组织的缺点,从服务器进风均匀的角度提出改善方案,再通过FLUENT软件模拟分析。研究结果表明:导流板厚度对冷区服务器的进风均匀性影响不大,导流板高度需覆盖服务器进风的整个高度。静压挡板距离主风口0.40m的冷区气流流场最优,此时冷区服务器进风较均匀,同一竖排服务器进风速度基本一致,保证了服务器工作时能有效散热。
The model of air flow for data center'cold-zone has been set up. The velocity distribution of the data center's coldzone are simulated by FLUENT simulation software. The simulated values fit well with the measured values. As for the defect of air distribution about cold-zone,an optimized project is given from the server inlet air uniformity,which simulated and analyzed by FLUENT simulation software. The results show that the baffle thickness has little effect to the server inlet air uniformity at cold-zone,the baffle height must be more than the server inlet height. When the distance of static baffle to main air port is 0. 40 m,the air flow field at cold-zone is the best. And then the server inlet air quite uniform,which guarantee the effective heat dissipation of the server.
