跨临界CO2活塞压缩机活塞的有限元应力及疲劳分析Finite Element Simulation of Stress Field and Fatigue Analysis of Piston in Trans-critical CO2 Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
针对CO2跨临界循环压缩机工作压力大、吸排气压差大的特点,将惯性力施加到每个单元体的质心用以将活塞的瞬时受力状态转化为等效的静应力状态进行有限元分析。根据有限元分析结果计算活塞危险点的疲劳安全系数,找出活塞的疲劳危险点。计算结果与试验结果相对比,计算所得疲劳安全系数不合格区域与试验损坏区域相符合,证明此方法可以有效地对CO2活塞压缩机活塞进行疲劳安全设计。
Due to the feature of trans-critical CO2 cycle that compressor works with high pressure and high difference between suction pressure and discharge pressure,the finite element analysis(FEA) has been applied to model and simulate transient stress condition of piston through the way of loading all units their own inertial forces on the center of their mass.Based on the results of finite element simulation,fatigue coefficients in dangerous points were calculated and fatigue dangerous area was found.The compressor of simulated piston was tested and the damaged area of piston compared well with calculated unqualified fatigue area.Thus it demonstrated that this is an efficient method to design the fatigue safety of piston of trans-critical CO2 compressor.
