离心压气机弯道和回流器流道的优化设计
Optimization Design of Curved and Return Channel of Centrifugal Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

国内目前关于弯道和回流器的研究较少,本文针对这一问题进行了研究。弯道部分文中提出了截面面积的变化率为常数的设计方法,用FLUENT软件对其及已存在的2种方案进行了建模仿真,发现总压恢复系数和出口流场分布与改进方案比传统方案要好,且尺寸比改进方案小,具有可推广性;回流器部分比较了轮毂倾斜和轮盖倾斜2种方案,并用NUMECA软件进行了仿真,从压力分布、流线分布角度分析发现轮盖倾斜的方案较好。在3.11kg/s流量下,轮毂倾斜的效率为85.72%,损失系数为47.5%;轮盖倾斜的效率为87.77%,损失系数为35.91%。
The paper is devoted to the study of curved channel and return channel,which has not attracted too much attention yet. In the design part of curved channel,the method was puted forward that the curved section area keeps a constant change, which along with another two methods is modeled and simulated by using the software of FLUENT. The result shows that the total pressure recovery coefficient and the flow field of the new method and the other method is better than the traditional one. Besides, the size of the new method is smaller than the better one. In the design part of the return channel,it is found that the bub tilting method is better than the shroud tilting method in the pressure distribution,and streamline distribution by using the software of NUMECA. When the mass flow is 3. 11kg / s,the efficiency of the bub tilting method is 85. 72%,and the loss coefficient is 47. 5%; When the mass flow is 3. 11kg / s,the efficiency of the shroud tilting method is 87. 77%,and the loss coefficient is 35. 91%.
