冷柜冷却速度的等效检验方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

JB/T7244-2018标准中规定冷却速度是冷柜出厂检验的必检项目。针对标准中提供的检测方法耗时长,与目前大多企业的生产不匹配的问题,本文介绍了一种快速的冷却速度的等效检验方法——测量压缩机排气管温差来等效冷却速度,并通过实测数据验证了其可靠性。结果表明,通过采用该方法可以快速判定冷柜冷却速度指标,缩短了出厂检验时间。
The cooling speed is a necessary inspection item upon factory inspection of refrigerated cabinets according to JB/T 7244-2018.Because the test method provided by the standard is time-consuming and does not match with the production efficiency of most factories,a fast equivalent test method of the cooling speed is proposed——the cooling speed is determined equivalently by measuring the temperature difference of compressor exhaust pipe,and its reliability is verified through the measured data.The results show that by using this method,the cooling speed index of refrigerated cabinets can be determined quickly and the factory inspection time can be shortened.
