往复式压缩机缸体振动消减的研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍了采用加宽支承板的方法改变缸体结构的固有频率和加消振管的方法降低气流脉动对缸体的激振力。从而有效地消减了由于安装随机性引起的缸体振动。这些方法简单易行,适合于现场应用。
A method, using change natural frequency of cylinder structure by means of extending the support plates as well as using vibration reducting pipes to depress the excitation to cylinder induced by gas fluctuation, is developed. The method significantly weaken cylinder, body vibration caused by randomness of assemble, and is easy to be taken in industry practices.
