转子式压缩机的可靠性建模与分配

摘要(Abstract):

可靠性设计对于大规模生产的转子式压缩机尤为重要,而建模与可靠性分配是可靠性设计的基础,直接影响着设计结果。针对压缩机可靠性研究与设计相对薄弱的问题,运用可靠性理论,根据转子式压缩机的系统特点、结构和运行特性,将压缩机划分为七个子系统,在此基础上建立了压缩机及泵体系统的可靠性框图模型;基于所提出的当量运行时间的概念,分别采用重要度和复杂度分配法、评分分配法进行了转子式压缩机及泵体系统的可靠性指标分配。在18 000 h、可靠度0.99的情况下,泵体系统的可靠度为0.998 6;分析了泵体系统的5种分配方案下泵体系统和部件可靠度变化,确定了泵体系统最佳分配方案:理论上泵体系统评价总分最低为5时达到最优,为压缩机部件的可靠性设计奠定基础。
Reliability design is very important for rotor compressor in mass production,and modeling and reliability distribution are the basis of reliability design,which directly affect the design result.In view of the problem of relatively weak compressor reliability research and design,according to the system characteristics,structure and operation characteristics of rotor compressor,the compressor was divided into seven subsystems according to the reliability theory,and the reliability block diagram models of compressor and pump body system were established on this basis.Based on the proposed concept of equivalent running time,the reliability indexes of rotor compressor and pump body system were assigned by importance and complexity assignment method and score assignment method,respectively.The reliability of the pump body system was 0.998 6 when the reliability was 0.99 and running time was 18,000 hours.The reliability changes of pump system and components under five distribution schemes were analyzed,and the optimal distribution scheme of pump body system was determined:the optimal distribution scheme was theoretically reached when the lowest total evaluation score of pump system was 5,which laid a foundation for the reliability design of compressor components.
