双列叶栅风机设计与试验结果分析

摘要(Abstract):

本文应用叶片机械绕流控制的气动理论,阐述了双列叶栅的基本工作原理与设计方法,介绍了首次研制的GKJ双列叶栅风机的综合性能试验曲线。试验结果表明,在运行工况范围内,双列叶栅风机的效率、压力都比原始单列叶栅风机高,工况范围也进一步扩大。这证实了采用双列叶栅这种特殊形式的叶片,能够促进工作轮内部气流结构的重新组织,达到绕流控制的预定目标。
Using aerodynamics theory of turbomachine with encircling control in blades, this paper expounded basic principle and design method for double array cascade GKJ fans which were made for the first time. the exprimental results of test fans show it has more efficiency and more pressure than for fans with Original simple array cascade in all working range, and its stable working range is enlarged further, too These have proved that streatm structure for internal flow in rotor can be camposed on once more applied this kind of blade of special form with double array cascades, and achieve the good of encircling control in blade surfaces in advance。
