某电动汽车热泵空调系统制冷剂充注量试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过试验探究了某小型电动汽车热泵空调系统内制冷剂充注量对系统热性能的影响,分别在制冷和制热工况下分析充注量6与系统内空调箱出风温度、制冷/制热量和COP等性能参数的关系。结果表明:制冷模式下的最佳充注量为750 g,而制热模式为650 g,与计算结果误差在7%以内。在此最佳充注量下,空调箱制冷模式下出风温度最低可达14 ℃,制热模式下最高可达23 ℃;系统内制冷和制热量最高可达2.63 kW和3.22 kW,COP分别为3.1和3.3。
The influence of the refrigerant charge on system thermal performances was investigated using the experimental method for a heat pump air conditioning system.The relationships between the refrigerant charge and HVAC system parameters such as the outlet air temperature of the module,cooling/heating capacities and COP of the system were analyzed under both cooling and heating conditions.Results show that optimal refrigerant charges in the cooling and heating mode were 750 g and 650 g,respectively.The error with the result of calculation was less than 7%.With these refrigerant charges,the outlet air temperature of the HVAC module can reach 14 ℃ in the cooling mode and 22 ℃ in the heating mode.The corresponding cooling and heating capacities of the system can reach 2.63 kW and 3.22 kW,with COP of 3.1 and 3.3,respectively.
