液氮喷雾流态化速冻机的稳定性研究

摘要(Abstract):

液氮喷雾流态化速冻机稳定性研究主要考察速冻机运行的稳定性和可靠性,内容包括网下风速变频调节稳定性试验、设备冷态运行可靠性以及冷风温度在计算机控温、温控仪二位控制控温和温控仪AI人工智能控制这3种不同控温方式进行比对试验。结果采用温控仪AI人工智能控制控温,控温效果最好,温度分布均匀,上下波动小,温度偏差约为±1.8K。
Research of stability on liquid nitrogen spraying fluidized quick freezer is mainly about stability and reliability when quick freezer operating,including wind speed frequency conversion adjustment stability test under the reseau,equipment cold condition operating reliability and cold temperature with three controlling temperature methods to compare different test: the computer temperature control,temperature controller 2 digits control temperature and temperature controller AI artificial intelligence control.
