碳纤维增强复合材料叶轮风机的振动试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

减振降噪一直是风机设计与应用单位研究的一项重点内容。碳纤维增强复合材料因优异的阻尼性能而使其在结构减振设计上具有重要的作用。采用层合结构碳纤维增强复合材料设计叶轮,并针对同一型号风机仅仅更换不同材料叶轮后进行了风机振动试验。结果表明,与铝合金材料叶轮风机相比,碳纤维材料叶轮风机全频段的结构振动加速度级降低幅度明显,减振效果显著。
Vibration noise reduction has been a key point in the research of the fan. Carbon fiber reinforced composite material with excellent damping performance,has an important effect in the structure vibration reduction design. Laminated structure of carbon fiber reinforced composites was adopted to design an impeller,and then vibration tests for the same type fan which changed the impeller with different materials,had been carried out. The results show that compared with the aluminum alloy impeller fan,the vibration acceleration in full frequency of the carbon fiber material impeller fan was reduced evidently.
