新叶形对旋风机噪声特性研究
Study on the Noise Characteristics of the New Shaped Blades of a Contra-rotating Axial-flow Fan

摘要(Abstract):

以C-4原始翼型为基础,设计正向对称双头尖和双头钝2种新叶形。计算研究3种叶形对旋风机正反风性能,设计工况噪声声压及其频谱特征。结果表明:3种叶形对旋风机正反风性能良好。双头钝叶形较原始翼型风机平均总声压值在进口降低2.2 dB,在出口降低4.27 dB;双头尖叶形声压值较原始翼型风机总声压略有增大。在两级叶轮叶片通过频率叠加频率附近区域,3种叶形噪声水平在整体频率范围内均最高,其中双头钝叶形噪声最低,声压值分别低于原始翼型和双头尖叶形约3,7 dB。
Based on the C-4 airfoil,two new blade shapes,namely,the symmetrical double-headed tip blade and double-headed blunt blade,were designed.The effects of the blade shapes on the forward and reverse aerodynamic performance of the fans were studied.The sound pressure and the spectrum characteristics of the three blade-shaped contra-rotating fans in the design conditions were calculated and analyzed.The results show that the fans with three shaped blades have good forward and reverse aerodynamic performances.The average total sound pressure of the double-headed blunt blade fan was 2.2 dB lower outside the inlet and 4.27 dB lower outside the outlet than that of the original airfoil fan.The total sound pressure of the double-headed tip blade fan increased a little than that of the original airfoil fan.Near the frequency superimposed by the frequencies of the two-stage impeller blades,the sound levels of the fans with three shaped blades were the highest in the overall frequency range.Among them the sound level of the fan with double-headed blunt blade was the lowest.The total sound pressure was about 3 dB lower than that of the original airfoil fan and 7 dB lower than that of the fan with double-headed tip blade.
