往复压缩机环状气阀故障试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

往复压缩机结构复杂,故障种类繁多,而其中气阀故障的比例占到36%。本文研究了往复压缩机气阀故障,对环状排气阀三环阀片进行了故障模拟试验,通过对热力信号、示功图以及振动信号等进行分析,找出了其故障特征信号与正常工况下的差异性,以此探索敏感特征参数变化规律与气阀发生故障时的关联性。
Reciprocating compressors structures are complex,and have many different kinds of fault. Among them,the proportion of valve failure accounted for more than 30%. This paper studies the reciprocating compressor valve failure,and does a fault simulation test of annular exhaust valve three ring valve plates. Through the analysis of thermal signal, indicator diagram and vibration signal,this article finds out the difference of characteristic signal between the failure mode and the normal working condition, and explores the correlations between the change rules of sensitive characteristic parameters and the failure of valve.
