卧式磁力泵轴向力平衡及回流孔设计

摘要(Abstract):

通过分析泵内腔压力得到了回流孔的大小尺寸,并计算了典型磁力泵转子的轴向受力和磁钢的回复力大小。结果表明,合理设计冷却回流孔可以确保泵腔温度保持正常,调整前、后口环的大小可以平衡转子轴向受力。
Pump's inner pressure and size of circumfluence hole was analyzed here theoretically,typical pump's axis force and magnet steel's reverting force was also calculated.Results indicates that designing cooling circumfluence hole in reason can ensure safely inner temperature,adjusting front and behind sealing rings' size can balance rotor's axis force.
