R22与R744空气源热泵热水机组的对比
Comparison of R22 and R744 Air-source Heat Pump Water Heater

摘要(Abstract):

热泵热水机组因其具有较好的节能性,日益受到热水器市场关注,本文在制冷剂R744与R22的热物性的对比基础上,对以R744为工质和以R22为工质的热泵热水机组从理论热力学循环,机组系统部件及结构、除霜控制等进行了对比分析,并分别对以R744为工质和以R22为工质的热泵热水机组样机在GB/T21362-2008的名义工况下进行了测试比较,试验结果表明以R744为工质的热泵热水机组COP比以R22为工质的热泵热水机组约高5%,并且以R744为工质的热泵热水机组可以实现65℃以上的高出水温度。
Heat pump water heater can save energy well,it is hotspot in water heater market.Study is based on comparison of thermal properties between R744 and R22.R744 heat pump water heaters and R22 heat pump water heaters are analyzed from theoretical thermodynamic cycle,the system components and structure,defrost control.R744 heat pump water heaters and R22 heat pump water heaters are tested on nominal conditions of national standard GB/T21362-2008.Results showed that COP of R744 heat pump water heaters is 5% higher than R22 heat pump water heaters.And R744 heat pump water heaters can achieve higher than 65 ℃ of water temperature.
