露点式蒸发冷却空调机组用于干燥地区的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了评测露点式蒸发冷却空调机组应用到干燥地区的节能效果,在新疆喀什地区建立了居住建筑示范项目,并进行了试验测试。结果表明,在典型夏季天,机组出风温度为19.9 ℃,相对湿度81.6%,温降约9.0 ℃,室内满足人员的热舒适要求。机组湿球效率在80%~102%之间波动,露点效率在50%~80%之间波动。空调系统的能耗由机组内的循环水泵和压入式送风机承担,系统的能效比为5.0。综上,露点式空调机组在干燥地区用于居住建筑降温具有较大的节能潜力和很好的应用前景。
In order to evaluate the energy-saving effect of dew point evaporative cooling air conditioning units applied in dry areas,a demonstration project of residential buildings in Kashgar,Xinjiang,was established and tested.The results show that in typical summer days,the outlet air temperature of the unit was 19.9 ℃,the relative humidity was 81.6%,and the temperature drop was about 9.0 ℃,which meets the thermal comfort requirements of the personnel in the room.Wet bulb efficiency of the unit fluctuates between 80% and 102% and dew point efficiency fluctuates between 50% and 80%.The energy consumption of the air conditioning system was borne by the circulating water pump and the pressurized fan in the unit.The energy efficiency ratio of the system was 5.0.In summary,the dew point air conditioning unit has a large energy-saving potential and a good application prospect for cooling of residential buildings in dry areas.
