离心压缩机进口导叶流场的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Flow Field for Inlet Guide Vane in Centrifugal Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

使用NUMECA计算软件,针对一个带有径向进气吸气室及可调进口导叶的离心压缩机级,在几个不同的进口导叶开度下,对压缩机级内部的三维粘性可压缩定常流动进行了非轴对称条件下的全通道数值模拟,并将计算所得到的在导叶全开状态下的级性能与该压缩机已有的级性能实验结果相比较,证实了数值模拟结果满足工程分析的精度要求。然后给该压缩机级更换了一种新的可调进口导叶,在完全相同的条件下对该压缩机级再次进行数值模拟,并分析了导叶更换对压缩机级性能产生的影响。最后,在进口导叶与叶轮之间选择了5种不同的轴向距离,在轴向进气及流动轴对称的简化条件下对该压缩机级分别进行了单通道数值模拟,对进口导叶与叶轮之间的最佳距离进行了初步探讨。数值模拟结果表明,用新导叶取代原导叶对级性能影响不大,主要原因是更换导叶并没有改变导叶产生预旋的作用,增大导叶的预旋作用可能是离心压缩机在变工况调节运行中实现节能的更有效途径。另外,原导叶与叶轮之间只有0.2倍导叶弦长的距离,从安全可靠性和气动性能等方面综合考虑,建议该距离加大到1.5倍导叶弦长更为合适。
By using the NUMECA commercial software,the 3-D steady compressible viscous flow in a whole inlet stage with radial inlet volute and IGVs is numerically simulated at the nonaxisymmetric condition.Comparison of the stage performance between the present calculation and the previous one when IGVs is in full-open position confirms that the present simulation result is fit for the engineering application.Additionally,numerical simulation is carried out for other IGVs at the same condition to study the influence of IGVS on the stage performance.Moreover,in order to find out the appropriate axial distance between the IGVs and impeller,five different cases are chosen and the single channel numerical simulation for the compressor stage is respectively conducted under the axial suction and axisymmetric condition.These numerical results indicate that changing IGVs has little effects on the regulation performance,since it has little effects on the function of the vane' prerotation.Enhancing the effect of vane' prerotation is likely to be one of the effective ways to save energy at off-design condition.The result also suggests that the optimal distance between the IGVs and impeller should be 1.5 times vane chord-length,rather than the original 0.2 times,is a compromise between safety,reliability and aerodynamic performance.
