制冷用板式换热器标准修订介绍

摘要(Abstract):

JB8701制冷用板式换热器是世界上第一个系统规定不可拆板式换热器(包括钎焊板式换热器、半焊板式换热器和全焊板式换热器)设计、制造、检验与验收要求的技术标准。标准对我国的紧凑式换热器产品走出国门起到积极的推动作用。本次修订从板式换热器国际先进技术状况出发,对板式换热器的适用范围进行了调整;结合ISO5148、UL207等制冷系统受压元件安全规范标准,基于强度试验和疲劳试验相结合的验证性试验方法,对钎焊板式换热器的设计提出了明确的要求;分析了钎焊板式换热器主要焊接的型式与特点,采用了ASMEⅨ中钎焊工艺评定的有关内容,首次提出钎焊板式换热器钎焊工艺评定的技术要求;深入研究了板式换热器的泄漏试验,结合EC842的有关规定,对比了不同制冷剂在标准规定工况下的泄漏指标。增加了作为冷凝器的板式换热器的性能测试方法,并增加了热泵机组下冷凝器和蒸发器的测试工况。和JB8701-1998相比,标准的完整性和系统性有了进一步的提高。
JB 8701 plate heat exchanger for refrigeration is a technical standard,which is the first one to systematically present the design,manufacture,inspection and acceptance of un-detachable plate heat exchanger including brazed plate heat exchangers,semi-welded plate heat exchangers and all-welded plate heat exchangers in the world.The standard plays a positive role in promoting China's compact heat exchanger to be used worldwide.From the perspective of advanced technology of plate heat exchanger,this revision was made to adjust the application scope of the plate heat exchanger.Combined with safety codes and standards such as ISO5148,UL207 for pressure components of refrigeration system,the explicit design requirements of the brazed plate heat exchanger were proposed based on verification test method which integrated strength test and fatigue test.The relevant contents of the brazing procedure qualifications of ASME IX were adopted and then technical requirements of the brazing procedure qualifications for the brazed plate heat exchanger were firstly proposed.Meanwhile,the leakage test of the plate heat exchanger was studied in depth.Combined with the relevant regulations of EC 842,the leakage rate index of the different refrigerant under the standard working condition was compared.Furthermore,the performance test method of the plate heat exchanger as a condenser has been added,the test conditions of the condenser and the evaporator of the heat pump unit have been introduced as well.Compared with JB 8701-1998,the integrity and systematization of the standard has been further improved.
