基于啮合理论设计A型齿双螺杆泵的转子齿形

摘要(Abstract):

渐开线—摆线齿形双螺杆泵的转子型线比较复杂,推导其型线方程的方法主要以解析法、几何法等为主。本文基于啮合理论,采用旋转矩阵的方法,设计推导A型齿双螺杆泵的转子齿形型线方程和啮合线方程,有助于对转子啮合的分析,并有助于对密封线形成的理解。此种方法可以普遍地应用于对其它齿形双螺杆泵转子的型线改进和新型线的设计中。
The rotors' profiles of inviolate-cycloid twin-screw pumps are complicated generally,there are several ways to study profile equations,mostly by analytical method and geometrical method.This paper makes use of principles of gear connection to deduce the equations of both the rotors' profiles and meshing line of A twin-screw pump precisely,which is helpful to analyze the rotors engagement and the formation of sealing lines.It's suitable for engineers and technicians to revise the rotors' profiles or design the new ones of screw pumps.
