螺杆压缩机噪声控制的研究Study on the Noise Control of Screw Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
通过降低压缩机噪声源与提高隔声罩的吸、隔声效果两方面来控制螺杆压缩机的噪声,研究了排气止回阀对压缩机噪声的影响,对隔声罩结构和吸声材料进行了改进设计。试验表明,这些方法取得了良好的效果,改进后的压缩机噪声明显降低。
Noise of compressor is reduced through controlling the source of noise and improving effect in noise absorption and noise insulation by asound insulation cover.The discharge check valve is carefully studied.The Structure of sound insulation cover and the selectron absorption material is improved.The test results show that these methods have good effects on the noise reduction of compressor.
