电动离心泵振动特性试验研究Experimental Study on the Electric Centrifugal Pump's Vibration Characteristic

摘要(Abstract):
通过对一台变频电机驱动的船用离心泵在不同流量条件以及不同转速条件下的振动加速度的测试,总结了电动离心泵在变工况时振动特性的基本变化规律,分析了两者之间的差异及产生原因,为电动离心泵偏工况运行的振动控制提供了依据,并对振动要求严格的舰船用泵的调节运行方式提出了建议。
Aim at one marine centrifugal pump driven by AC electronic motor,the vibration of which on the variable condition we have tested.According to such testing,the pump's vibration rules at both variable flow rate and run speed are summarized.Meanwhile,the caused reasons due to vibration and the difference between the two conditions are also analyzed.It provides important guidance for controlling vibration of the centrifugal pumps used in variable conditions.And some useful advices are offered about the running method of such marine pumps used in the lower vibration conditions.
