贯流泵机组结构形式与关键部件比较分析

摘要(Abstract):

从泵装置水力特性、机组结构形式与受力特性、关键部件、电机通风方式、泵机组工况调节方式、安装检修特性及可靠性等方面,分析比较了灯泡式、轴伸式和竖井式3种大型贯流泵机组,3种型式泵机组各有优缺点。结合实际泵站工程特点,提出了大型贯流泵机组结构形式的选用建议。成果对贯流泵机组的选用有参考价值。
The three types of large tubular pump unit,bulb type,axial-extension type and shaft well type,were analyzed and compared from the aspects of the pump system's hydraulic characteristics,unit's structures and its force characteristics,key components,electric motor's ventilation mode,regulation of pump operation,installation,maintainability,reliability and so on.The three types of tubular pump unit have their own advantages and disadvantages.Combining the characteristics of the actual pumping station project,the selective advices of large tubular pump unit's structure are put forward.The results could provide references to select the bulb tubular pump units.
