洁净手术部空调系统能耗分析
Energy consumption analysis of air conditioning system in clean operation department

摘要(Abstract):

为研究洁净空调系统高能耗原因及节能潜力,对北京某医院进行实地调研,研究发现该手术部洁净空调系统单位面积能耗较大,空调机组能耗占比较高且机组冬季耗电明显高于夏季。结合医院手术部实际情况利用能耗模拟软件建立模型,经过实际数据及调研验证该模型的可靠性。利用该模型,综合国内外手术部相关建设标准,分别设置不同工况进行模拟分析。结果表明我国新标准工况相对能耗现状可节能16%,我国新标准工况相对旧标准工况可节能10%,我国手术部总体节能空间较大。综合其他国家标准,我国标准工况下的手术部能耗较低。
To study the reason of high energy consumption and energy saving potential of clean air conditioning system,according to the investigation and statistics of energy consumption in a hospital in Beijing,it is concluded that the energy consumption per unit area of the cleaning air conditioning system in the operating department is large,the power consumption of air conditioning units is the highest and the power consumption of air conditioning units in winter is higher than that in summer.Combined with the standards of surgical department in domestic and international,the models of different operating conditions were set up for simulation analysis.The results show that the energy consumption of the operation department is high,and the relative energy consumption of the new standard operating condition in China can save 16%.Compared with the old standard working condition,the new standard working condition can save energy by 10%.Based on the standards of other countries,the energy consumption of the operation department under standard operating conditions in China is relatively low.
