摘要(Abstract):

分析了影响空气源热泵热水器可靠性的因素,建立了空气源热泵热水器的基本可靠性模型和任务可靠性模型;通过故障模式分析和故障树分析,找出了制约其可靠性的具体因素;最后研究了可靠性设计和可靠性增长等技术在空气源热泵热水器设计中的具体应用。
Some reliability influencing factors of the air-source heat pump water heater are analyzed.The basic reliability model and mission reliability model of the water heater are established.After analyzing the failure mode and fault tree,the specific factors of influencing reliability are identified.The application of technologies of reliability design and reliability growth is studied in the design process of the air-source heat pump water heater.
