变风量末端装置风量传感特性的试验研究Experimental Study on the Air Flow Sensing Characteristics of VAV Terminal Device

摘要(Abstract):
对变风量末端装置在不同工况下的风量传感特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,小风量、高静压、风管局部构件和较短的进口直管段长度等因素都会对风量传感器的传感特性产生不利影响;整流装置能很好地保证风量测量的准确性,这对缩短末端装置前的直管段长度,减少工程安装所占用的空间是十分有利的。
By analyzing the result of an experimental study on the air flow sensing characteristics of VAV terminal device under different conditions,the result showed that small air flow rate,high static pressure,local duct component and short length of straight inlet duct and other factors make a negative impact on the sensing characteristics of air flow rate sensor,and that honeycomb gridiron rectifier can effectively guarantee the accuracy of the wind measurement,which is very beneficial to shorten the length of straight inlet duct before terminals and reduce space requirement in engineering.
