摘要(Abstract)：
根据中石化安庆分公司化肥油改煤工程新建氨气压缩机的工艺特点,其低压缸和高压缸分别选用了不同的干气密封型式。介绍了低压缸和高压缸干气密封的技术方案,探讨了低压缸在入口负压工况下采用单端面+串联组合式干气密封的优点,并对压缩机组运行经济性进行了计算和分析。
According to the process characteristcs of the new ammonia compressor in the chemical fertilizer's coal for oil project of Anqing Petrochemical Company,the different type of gas seal is selected in LP and HP cylinder of the ammonia compressor.The technical project of gas seal in LP and HP cylinder of the ammonia compressor was presented.The advantages of the “single & tandem” gas seal in the minus pressure working conditions was discused.The operational economy of the ammonia compressor train was calculated and analyzed.
