自流工况下循环泵内非定常流动特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

循环泵运行于自流工况时会产生异于常规的内流结构和压力脉动信号。为剖析自流工况下循环泵内流特征和压力脉动特性,采用大涡模拟方法对额定流量下常规工况和自流工况内流进行数值计算和对比分析。研究表明:自流转速随自流流量的增加呈线性递增趋势,考虑叶顶间隙时自流转速的计算误差仅为设计转速的2.41%;自流工况下的主要内流特征为叶轮和导叶压力面流动分离,叶轮表面呈典型的斜流趋势;自流工况下压力脉动的特征频率为叶频,其幅值远大于常规工况;导叶前缘产生的分离涡是破坏导叶内流稳定性的主要原因,非稳定流动结构引起的低频激励主要产生于导叶流道的中后段以及出口区域。研究工作初步揭示了循环泵自流工况下的内流特征和压力脉动特性,为后续循环泵的应用和优化提供了有益的指导。
When the circulation pump operates in the artesian condition,it will produce internal flow structure and pressure pulsation signal different from those under the normal condition.In order to analyze the internal flow features and pressure pulsation characteristics of the circulating pump in the artesian condition,the large eddy simulation method was used to perform numerical calculation and comparative analysis on the normal and artesian conditions under the rated flow.The research shows that the artesian rotational speed increases linearly as artesian rate rises,when considering the blade tip clearance,the calculation error of artesian rotational speed is only 2.41% of the design speed.In the artesian condition,the main internal flow is characterized by the separation flow at the impeller and the guide vane pressure surface,and the impeller surface shows a typical inclined flow trend;The characteristic frequency of pressure pulsation in the artesian condition is the blade passing frequency,whose amplitude is much larger than that under normal condition.The separation vortex generated at the leading edge of the guide vane is the main cause for the instability of the internal flow of the guide vane,and the low-frequency excitation caused by the unstable flow structure is mainly generated in the middle and rear sections of the guide vane flow channel and the exit area.The research work revealed the internal flow features and pressure pulsation characteristics of the circulating pump in the artesian condition,which provides useful guidance for the subsequent application and optimization of the circulating pump.
