结构参数对双蜗壳型旋风分离器内流场分布的影响
Influence of Structural Parameters on the Flow Field in the Double Volute Cyclone Separator

摘要(Abstract):

用智能五孔球探针测试仪对不同排气芯管结构形式和不同排气芯管插入深度下双蜗壳型旋风分离器内三维速度和静压进行了测量,以获得这两种结构参数对分离器内部流场的影响。试验结果表明,分离器内切向速度随排气芯管插入深度的增加先减小后急剧增加,锥形排气芯管与圆管相比使得分离器内部流场大部分区域旋转增强。利用积分离散化的方法计算了分离空间内的下行流量,发现排气芯管插入深度为300mm时能有效的减少短路流和旋涡流动。
By using of an intelligent five-hole pitot tube to measure the flow field in the double volute cyclone separator in different structural style and different depth of the exhaust tube to get the influence on the flow field caused by these two structural parameters.Experiment results showed that the tangential velocity firstly decreases and then shapely increases with the increase of the depth of immersion of the exhaust tube.The rotation increases in most areas with conical exhaust tube compared with cylindrical exhaust tube.Use discredited integration to calculate the downward flow in the separation space and find that short flow and vortex flow can be well decreased when the depth of the exhaust tube is 300mm.
