热交换器的管束振动及噪声的降低

摘要(Abstract):
热交换器中的管束振动及噪声问题长期以来一直未能获得妥善解决,其原因主要是由于引起振动的机理不是十分清楚。热交换器中的管束振动,一般认为有四种机理:旋涡脱落,湍流冲击、声激发以及流体弹性动力失稳。本文研究旋涡脱落所引起的声共振。分两部分:第一部分研究单管所引起声共振,第二部分研究管束所引起的声共振及噪声的降低方法。本文虽着眼于基本机理的研究,但对于管束时声振动的数学模型,认为目前还难以建立,只能借助于试验研究。试验研究工作是在美国麻省理工学院的“声与振动实验室”进行的。
