采出液黏度对旋流器性能影响的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

井下两相旋流分离器能够适应井筒内空间狭小的操作工况,实现油水两相在井下快速分离,具有分离速度快、效率高、结构简单等优点,有效解决大量产出水无效循环的难题。对大庆油田采出液不同含聚浓度样本进行流变特性分析,基于计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM),模拟分析了采出液黏度变化对井下两相分离旋流器速度场(切向速度、轴向速度、径向速度)、压力损失和油水两相分离效率的影响。结果表明:含聚浓度300~1 100 mg/L采出液在旋流器内的表观黏度约为2.5~35 mPa·s,随黏度增加,切向速度降低,35 mPa·s时,其最大值降幅16%;黏度对分离效率影响较大,9 mPa·s时,油水分离效率急剧下降为47.9%。
The downhole two-phase hydrocyclone separator can adapt to the operating conditions of small space in the wellbore and realize the rapid separation of the oil-water two-phase in the well. It has the advantages of quick separation speed,high efficiency and simple structure and can effectively solve the difficult problem of the ineffective circulation of a large amount of produced water. The rheological characteristics of the samples with different polymer concentrations of the produced fluid in Daqing Oilfield were analyzed. Based on computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT,the effects of changes in viscosity of the produced fluid on the velocity field(tangential velocity,axial velocity,and radial velocity),pressure loss,and oil-water separation efficiency of the downhole two-phase separation hydrocyclone were simulated and analyzed using Reynolds stress model(RSM).The results show that the apparent viscosity of the produced fluid with a polymer concentration of 300~1 100 mg/L is about 2.5~35 mPa·s in the hydrocyclone. As the viscosity increases,the tangential speed decreases,with a maximum decrease of 16% at 35 mPa·s.The viscosity has a great influence on the separation efficiency. When the viscosity is 9 mPa·s,the oil-water separation efficiency dropped sharply to 47.9%.
