风冷冷凝器的优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

本文通过综合分析套片管簇式风冷冷凝器的热力参数、几何参数以及制冷系统中有关参量之间的制约关系,建立了以最小重量为目标的优化设计模型,编制了优化设计程序,用实验证明了程序的可靠性,并对不同条件下的风冷冷凝器优化结果进行了讨论,与现有产品进行了对比试验。
This paper anaylsed thermodynamic parameters, Geometric parameters of air condenser and other parameters in refrigerating system. An optimum design modol has been established for the object of weightand the optmum design program reliability has been proved by the experiment. The optimum results of air condenser in different conditions have been discussed. A comparison experiment between the two air condensers based on the optimum design and conventional design has been made in this paper.
