多级离心泵平衡盘鼓联合平衡装置设计探讨

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了多级离心泵轴向力的计算方法和平衡盘、平衡鼓(以下简称平衡盘鼓)联合平衡装置的设计方法,以及平衡回水管径的计算方法;对文献中数量众多的复杂计算公式进行了归纳合并。通过实例说明,一些设计参数的选取是合理可行的,从而为平衡盘鼓联合平衡装置和平衡管径的确定提供了一定的理论依据。
The effective computational methods for multistage centrifugal pump' axial force(KN)and the calculation methods for balanced backwater pipeline diameters were introduced.In which,more complicated computation formulas are concluded and combined.Most reasonable and reliable parameters selected according to actual experience,by which we can provide some rationale for equilibrator and confirmation for balanced pipelines.
