基于热湿传递耦合特性提高热质传递性能的方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

在对液体除湿空调热湿传递耦合特性分析的基础上,提出了基于该特性的提高热质传递性能的方法,并建立了液体除湿空调系统和实验测量系统。该系统采用逆流式填料塔,并在填料塔设置中间换热器,采用排风进行再生。实验采用氯化锂作为除湿剂,重点研究了再生传热传质过程,分析了各种进口参数以及中间加热器对再生传质效果的影响。
Based on the analysis of coupled heat and moisture transfer of liquid desiccant dehumidification and regeneration,methods are proposed to improve the performance of heat and mass transfer,then the experiment system of liquid desiccant air-conditioning system is set up.Packed tower is of counter-flow.In order to improve the effect of regeneration,middle-heater is set in the tower to make use of discharged air for regeneration.In experiments,calcium chloride is applied as the liquid desiccant,the process of regeneration is studied and the influence on regeneration of all inlet parameters is analyzed.
