摘要(Abstract):
针对某卡车运输制冷机组产品出现降温速度慢和制冷能力偏低的现象,本文对机组的制造整定过程进行了分析和诊断,通过对多项影响因素的探讨,分析了存在的问题并提出了解决的方案,以期为该类产品的技术和质量的提升提供技术支持,为广大用户的产品应用提供参考。
In order to find out the root cause of poor pull-down performance of one transport refrigeration unit,analysis and diagnosis were conducted for the units.The root cause was finally found out through the several factors comparison and analysis,and the feasible improvement solutions were proposed and successful applied in the production.The project experience will provide technical supports to the future product development and quality management,also will provide the useful reference for the field application for the customers
