摘要(Abstract):
主要讲述了如何通过数学计算的方法来确定电磁调节阀的结构参数。通过对阀芯组件在电磁调节阀中的受力分析,建立了阀芯的力学运动方程,并且对该方程作了详细的分析,从中得出阀芯组件在电磁调节阀中的运动规律。根据流体力学的理论知识,推导出阀口孔径d的计算公式,结合阀芯组件在电磁调节阀中的运动规律,从而推导出磁间隙L确定的方法。通过建立线圈的数学模型,并利用该模型对线圈参数进行设计计算,根据计算结果来确定合适的线圈参数。本文所述的电磁调节阀结构参数的确定方法不但能够为电磁调节阀的结构设计提供理论依据,而且能够为解决生产实际问题提供理论指导。
This paper mainly illustrates how to determine the structure parameters of the electromagnetic regulating valve by the mathematical method. Through the force analysis of the valve core compnents in the electromagnetic regulating valve,The mechanical equations of motion of the valve core compnents have been built and have been analyzed in detail,thus the movement rule of the valve core components can be obtained. According to the theory of fluid mechanics,the formula of the orifice diameter has been deduced,in combination with the movement rule of the valve core compnents in the electromagnetic regulating valve,the method of determining the value of magnetic gap L has been derived. Through seting up the mathematical model of valve coils,the parameters of valve coils is designed and figured out,and based on the result of calculation,the suitable coil parameters can be determined. The method of the structure parameters of the electromagnetic regulating valve is described in this paper can not only provide a theoretical basis for structure design of electromagnetic regulating valve,but also offer theoretical guidance to the production process.
