离心风机转子临界转速计算方法的对比分析

摘要(Abstract):

风机转子临界转速分析计算是风机结构设计中最关键的一个环节,对风机转子的安全运行和全寿命管理具有非常重要的意义。本文分别采取工程计算法、传递矩阵法和有限元法来计算转子的临界转速,并对上述计算方法进行了相应的对比和对其适应性作出了总结,在实际工程中具有很高的实用价值。
The analysis and calculation for critical speed of centrifugal fan rotor is the most crucial process for the structural design of centrifugal fan and plays a very important meaning in safe operation and full-life management of centrifugal fan rotor. This paper takes engineering calculations method and transfer matrix method and finite element method to calculate the critical speed of rotor,and makes comparision among those methods. It is greatly practical in actual engineering.
