脱硫塔除尘系统搅拌轴的密封优化改进

摘要(Abstract):

对某钢厂烧结工艺过程中产生的废气与熟石灰反应的密相干塔烟气脱硫除尘系统中出现矿粉泄露的现象进行分析,比较了先前的机械传动轴与壳体的密封结构——填料密封,发现此结构存在设计选型上的缺陷,重新研究分析采用新的密封结构——螺旋密封,利用Matlab进行优化,确定出轴与壳体之间最优密封结构尺寸。应用螺旋密封的新结构,解决了系统粉尘泄露致使机械传动部分不能长周期连续运行的难题,可作为一种新的密封结构在除尘系统中机械传动部分加以推广。
Failure causes of the mill shaft seal structure in mechanical driven part of flue gas desulphurization system of dense flow absorber was analyzed.Comparing former design of seal structure-stuffing seal,the new sealing structure-spiral seal was reslndied and introduced.Matlab optimization toolbox is used to optimize and ascertain the structure parameter.Adopting the new seal structure solves the problem of powder leakage,so it may be spread to use popularly as a new seal structure in flue gas desulphurization system.
